The Fire Financial Banking Fire Banking was designed to work alongside Fire Financial services and bring a modern approach to online banking in the same competitor’s market.
By having access to the Fire app, their everyday customers could easily access their account information on the go. From here they could change, submit  & verify important information about their account with fire. They could also activate or deactivate their fire banking cards or contact a member of the service team from the app.
The previous version of the app not only needed to include new features, but it also needed to make the sign-up process a less painful point for its users. As this seemed like a drop-off point from their data.  The user accounts screens, in-app messaging screens, the registration flow, and the card information screen were all given to me to work on.
Wireframe & Planning
A contemporary app, Fire Banking is designed to work alongside Fire Financial Services. I created wireframes and screen designs based on data gathered from the product team and user experience.
By using the feedback, I improved the flow of the registration and the efficiency of the onboarding process. The designs I produced, use Fire's more vibrant color from the brand palette and have a more modern appearance.
Mid-Fidelity Wireframe
The team proposed keeping some of the essential data visible while condensing some of the user data shown. This included having quick access to a user's IBAN and private data.

Another task was updating the user's card screen to include a section where they could add more cards to their account, deactivate existing ones, and edit the details.
